Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a reprint or refund.
Unsuccessful Deliveries:
If your order is lost or not delivered, you can opt for a reprint with an additional charge or request a partial refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your account balance. You can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
